​     With a very heavy heart, I need to inform all of our customers that Bill, our owner and my husband, has passed away.  We will be continuing the family business, with a few minor changes.  At this time, we are unable to do state inspections and emissions until Pendot recertifies us.  Josh passed both his inspection and emissions tests and will be our new licensed mechanic. We are still able to do any work necessary for inspection, so if you would like to have us do any work prior to your inspection, we are more than happy to help. 

 

     We will no longer use parts that customers purchase online.  Most auto repair shops do not allow customers to bring their own parts at all.  We have always allowed it but are finding that customers are bringing in wrong or bad parts they buy online, which causes a delay in our services for not only that customer, but all other customers on the schedule that day.  We will allow customers to bring in parts from local auto part stores but prefer to purchase parts ourselves to make sure we get the correct ones. If a customer brings in the wrong parts and the correct parts are not available, the customer will be charged for our time and asked to bring the vehicle back once the correct parts are obtained.   If you bring in your own parts, the labor rate is $120/hr instead of the regular $90/hr. 

   

    We ask that when calling to schedule an appointment, please give any and all symptoms for diagnostics and let us know everything you would like us to look over while your vehicle is with us.  Once we have looked over your vehicle and call for an approval, please do not give us an approval until you have the full amount of the estimate.  If we have to wait for payment once the services have been completed, customer will be responsible for storage fees of $35/day from the date vehicle was done and the date it was paid for and picked up.   If services are declined, you will be responsible for diagnostics of $90.
